• Orders — orders received by MennoLink are processed and shipped within two business days. Card charges are applied on the shipping day. Payments by check or money order are delayed until the payment arrives. Shipping is from our Mountain Lake, MN office or from one of our cooperating publishers.

  Orders are typically sent via the U.S. Postal service; other options are available upon request.

• Back Orders — occasionally an item not on hand is back ordered. You will be notified if this is the case, and your payment not processed until the time your order can be fulfilled.
• Sales Tax — Minnesota residents will be charged sales tax; remember to set this option when completing your order. It will be added to orders if necessary.
• Adjustments — occasionally the automated system charges too much or too little for shipping and handling. If you are charged too much, the amount due will be decreased and you will be notified of the new total. If the shipping amount is too low (this is typical of orders outside North America) you will be notified of the correct amount; you will be asked to confirm the new total amount before your order is further processed.
• Memberships — membership payments are applied immediately to mailing list subscriptions, for the period selected (typically one year). The start date is either 1) the start date of a trial subscription 2) the start date of a new subscription or 3) the anniversary of a renewing subscription.
