The music features here is based on the book Sing the Story. The music embraces the heart of our worship and devotion: Jesus Christ. The selections especially focus on the season of the church from Advent to Pentecost, telling the story of Jesus. Sing the Story 2 features the Story Musicians of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Shekinah, an independent female singing group based in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and Sons of the Day, young men who explore the wide variety of a cappella traditions. Conductor Kenneth Nafziger.

Simply In Season
In the spirit of More-with-Less. Through stories and simple "whole foods" recipes, Mary Beth Lind and Cathleen Hockman-Wert explore how the food we put on our tables impacts our local and global neighbors. They show the importance of eating local, seasonal food-and fairly traded food-and invite the readers to make choices that offer security and health for our communities, for the land, for the body and spirit.

This book is an inexhaustible mine of facts, tips, humor, and perhaps the most important, of the Anabaptist and Mennonite story. But the volume is also for the non-Mennonite, as it includes general sections of pre-trip preparations, the what-t-expect sections and the lively descriptions of culture and history for each country covered.

There's more to going camping than gathering the gear. Or plotting your route or reserving your campsite.

Veteran camper Tammerie Spires began her forays into the out-of-doors as an eight- year-old, continued as a teen and young adult, and is still at it with her husband and their two preschoolers.

What keeps her camping--and has enlarged her enthusiasm for it--is discovering that "Camping with kids is laugh-out-loud fun." So is this book.

IF you want to camp but don't know how to start, Spires lays out the plan in bite-sized steps. Each one is clear and good-humored.

IF your kids are little, A Guide to Happy Family Camping will help you get them--and yourself--ready to go.

What to do when you get "there," what to eat, when and where to sleep, and who does what--Spires covers it all as a buoyant, yet experienced friend.

She wraps it all up with an exhaustive directory of Lists to make (Planning, Packing, and Preparing), of magazines and websites to consult, and of U.S. Parks and Wildlife Departments to visit and contact.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars. If you are outside of the U.S. and use a charge card, the currency exchange is handled automatically.
